Boomerang Express slogans and logos are protected under trademark and copyright law. Permission is granted to churches who have purchased Boomerang Express resources to reproduce the slogans and logos for use in, and promotion of, Vacation Bible School. Only the purchasing church may reproduce the slogans and logos or have them reproduced by commercial outlets, on a custom order basis, to meet their needs. Other uses or reproductions of the slogans and/or logos are prohibited, including, but not limited to, a prohibition of vendors to advertise their services using the slogans or logos, and a prohibition to promote items bearing the slogans or logos to churches.
